The nowhere box

Boy jumping out of box with flashlight

George’s escape into nowhere makes him realise that his siblings can be annoying but that it’s a bit lonely without them.

In his nowhere box, George dreams up a landscape completely made from cardboard. Could you build these things in real life? Which toys do the children have that are made from cardboard? What are other toys made of? What are the benefits of making toys from old boxes? This could lead to a project where the children design and create their own toys from boxes.
