Starting with an experiment of trying new foods while holding their noses, the children at MLC Kindle went on to research different aspects about the nose, including its physiology and scents, finishing the project with a fun animated movie.
Inspired by a parent’s fundraiser, the children at Woods Early Education Centre and Preschool brainstormed ways to reduce waste sent to landfill. In addition to researching recycling and composting, they also had a great idea for reusing textiles.
Support children’s problem solving by inviting them to move, carry, combine, line up, take apart and put back together different loose parts.
